Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
Voetbaltour: Voetbaltour B.V., operating under the trade name Voetbaltour.com.
Client: the natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Voetbaltour.
Agreement: any agreement between Voetbaltour and the client concerning the provision of tickets, travel arrangements or related services.
Service: all products and services offered by Voetbaltour, including football trips, standalone tickets, packages and additional services.

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, bookings and agreements concluded with Voetbaltour.
Any deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed in writing.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 3 – Offers and information
All offers and quotations are non-binding and subject to availability.
Voetbaltour reserves the right to correct any obvious errors, misprints or pricing mistakes.
Information provided via the website or third parties (such as clubs, hotels or transport providers) is compiled with care, but Voetbaltour cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times.

Article 4 – Formation of the agreement
The agreement is concluded once the client has made a booking via the website, email or other communication channels and this booking has been confirmed by Voetbaltour.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal details.
Any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information will be borne by the client.

Article 5 – Services and execution
Voetbaltour may use third-party providers for the execution of its services, including ticket suppliers, hotels, airlines and other partners.
Voetbaltour will make reasonable efforts to perform the agreement properly but is dependent on the performance of these external parties.

Article 6 – Match dates and changes
Match dates and times are determined by the relevant competition organizers and may be subject to change.
The client acknowledges that changes may occur and must take this into account when booking travel or accommodation.
A change in match date or time does not automatically entitle the client to cancel the agreement.

Article 7 – Transfer of booking
If the client is unable to attend, the booking may be transferred to another person, provided that all conditions are met.
Any additional costs resulting from such changes shall be borne by the client.

Article 8 – Cancellation by the client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation and the conditions of third-party suppliers, cancellation fees may apply.

Article 9 – Cancellation by Voetbaltour
Voetbaltour reserves the right to cancel an agreement if execution is not reasonably possible.
In such cases, any payments received will be refunded, unless costs have already been incurred with third parties.

Article 10 – Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities with a specific date, such as sports events.

Article 11 – Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may consist of ticket costs, service fees and administrative charges.

Article 12 – Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the agreement.

Article 13 – Delivery of tickets
Tickets are generally delivered digitally via email, mobile ticketing or messaging services such as WhatsApp.
Delivery may take place up to shortly before the event.
The client is responsible for ensuring correct receipt and safekeeping of tickets.

Article 14 – Travel documents
The client is responsible for possessing valid travel documents such as passports, ID cards or visas.
Voetbaltour cannot be held liable if the client is unable to travel due to missing or incorrect documents.

Article 15 – Force majeure
Voetbaltour shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government measures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 16 – Liability
Voetbaltour’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant booking.
Voetbaltour shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed events or travel disruptions.

Article 17 – Stadium rules and conduct
Clients must comply with all stadium rules and regulations as imposed by the organizer.
Failure to comply or misconduct may result in denied access without refund.

Article 18 – Ticket use and resale
Tickets are strictly intended for personal use.
The resale or commercial use of tickets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

In case of violation, the client shall incur an immediately payable penalty of €250 per ticket, without prejudice to Voetbaltour’s right to claim full compensation for damages if higher.

The penalty must be paid within 7 days after invoice date.
If payment is not made, Voetbaltour is entitled to transfer the claim to a collection agency and all related costs will be borne by the client.

Article 19 – Minors
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise agreed.
The accompanying adult is responsible for their conduct.

Article 20 – Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
